SRV Logistics – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SRV Logistics, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent logistics experience for both customers and agents. As a platform facilitating logistics bookings between customers, truck owners, and partner agents, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Hence, we maintain a fair and flexible Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Booking Cancellation by Customer/Agent:
    • Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made immediately after placing the booking and before dispatch or confirmation from the truck owner or partner agent.
    • Once a booking is confirmed and vehicle dispatch has been initiated, cancellation is no longer permitted.
  • How to Cancel:
    • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support via email or phone, referencing your booking.

2. Service Discrepancy or Issues

​If you believe the service provided (vehicle, timing, handling, etc.) was not as committed or did not meet expectations, the issue must be reported to SRV Logistics Customer Support within 10 days of the service delivery.

Valid complaints may include:

  • Incomplete or failed service (e.g., shipment not delivered, vehicle returned without completing the job)
  • Delay beyond committed timelines (without prior notice from the service provider)
  • Loss or theft of goods (excluding situations caused by natural calamities or force majeure events)

After receiving the complaint, we will investigate the issue within 10 business days and determine eligibility for a refund or service credit.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after internal verification of the complaint and confirmation from the concerned truck owner or partner agent.
  • If approved, the refund will be initiated within 1–2 business days after approval and will be credited to claimant’s  account in 3-4 business days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment or as service credit, based on the situation.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Delays caused due to unforeseen events like traffic, strikes, weather, etc.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer at the time of booking.
  • Last-minute cancellations after vehicle dispatch.
  • Bookings where the customer/agent fails to avail the service without prior notice.
